Meenisha Naturals is based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India, and offers homemade, natural products including hair oils, herbal bath powders, spice and podi powders, and herbal shampoo powders.

3. Products

All products are handmade/homemade and prepared in small batches; slight variations in colour, texture, or fragrance between batches are natural and not considered defects.
Product images are for representation purposes only; actual products may vary slightly.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, weights, and pricing, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s), which we may accept or decline.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
Payment must be completed through the payment methods available on the Site at the time of checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on the Site, though delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

As our products are natural, homemade, and consumable/perishable in nature, returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

7. Product Usage and Disclaimer

Our products are intended for external use (hair and skin care) or general consumption (spice/podi powders) as applicable, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Please check ingredient lists carefully if you have allergies or sensitivities before use.
Discontinue use and consult a doctor if any adverse reaction occurs.
We are not liable for any allergic reactions, misuse, or improper storage of products by the customer.
