All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, as our products are handmade and prepared in small batches.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods (festivals, sale events), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Time and Delivery

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4-8 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, as indicated on the Site at the time of purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment’s progress through the courier partner’s website.

6. Delays and Issues

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier partner on your behalf.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping in such cases.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy, or contact us directly within 48 hours of expected/actual delivery.
